The food was delicious and the servings generous. Wait staff was polite and the Chef was kind enough to come out and inform us of an exciting dish he was ready to bring out. I will definitely returning.

The food Is awesome! And there is this one particular waitress I cant remember her name! But she said something like " I'll be your stalker tonight " I found that hilarious lol. If you're looking for authentic PR food this is the place.

Moving to New Windsor and found this gem of a place. The Montaditos and Pastelillos were on point! The Rabo was tender and super tasty, just needed to be served hotter. The Mofongo was really good as well, nice flavor. The Churrasco was super tender and the sauce was yummy! Happy to have this within driving distance from home.

Nice variety of Hot Food ready to go as well as menu items. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was fresh and delicious. Nice portions for the price.

Absolutely delicious! We ordered from the ready made food, slow roasted beef with the eggplant and a side of plantains! Very flavorful and great comfort food! John was a our server who was delightful.

Nelly Latin Restaurant (formally named Cilantro) Amazing Latin (Puerto Rican / Dominican) food! Some of the best mofongo and pernil ever tasted outside of the islands. Pasteles are on point! Food is consistently flavorful and fresh and not too salty. The service could not be more perfect: always on time, with great quality food served by the kindest owners prices are super affordable (The combo specials are the best - 2 or 3 eat for 20) with very generous portions

Oh my goodness this is the best Dominican food I’ve ever had. I lived in Barahona when I was 19 and I was instantly transported back to the memories. This place makes delicious food! Everything was perfect!

My family and I ate dinner here with friends after a softball tournament and the food was hands down delicious. We had alcapurria de yuca for appetizers, which tasted just as the ones from back home from Puerto Rico. I ate the Mofongo with roasted chicken which was tender and super flavorful. My husband and daughter ate the rice, beans and roasted chicken with plantains which was also so delicious. Also their portion size is very generous. I highly recommend that you stop by and enjoy a delicious meal. We will definitely stop by the next time we are visiting the area.
